#亞洲50最佳餐廳 粵菜餐廳 #永利宮 的行政總廚譚國鋒聯同美食作家謝嫣薇，把著作《消失中的味道》中將近失傳的六道名菜重現餐桌上。譚總廚更用上法國百年瓷器品牌Legle麗固中專為中菜而設的「如意」系列，將佳餚的美態完美呈現，帶領大家開展精緻的美味之旅！

A spectacular culinary journey took place at #WingLeiPalace, listed on #Asias50Best Restaurants, where six near-extinct treasures documented in food writer Agnes Chee’s book “Vanishing Flavors of Cantonese Cuisine” were featured. Our Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung presented the dishes using century-old France brand Legle’s RUYI tableware collection to further highlight the beauty of the cuisine.
